He was not only sincerely caring and professional throughout all of our communications, but he followed up in ensuring everything was handled the way we wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of my brother and me than Keith. I highly recommend this establishment. They will go above and beyond for deceased loved ones and their families. Living out of State in Ohio, to learn of my brother's sudden passing in California was a difficult and heartbreaking experience. Although my brother was born and raised in Ohio, he eventually left the State and settled in California - the place that he called his true home and never looked back. With our parents gone, along with other siblings, it was up to me, his only sister, to handle all arrangements. I couldn't have done it as well without Keith, and will always be grateful to him and the San Andreas Memorial Chapel.

Diebold Funeral Home made a difficult time so much easier for our family. Darren, Kevin, and Samantha were compassionate, professional, and handled every detail of my mother’s funeral with care and respect. Their guidance and genuine kindness meant so much to us throughout the planning and service. I’m truly grateful for everything they did and highly recommend them.

As we are a multigenerational family in Angels Camp we have been clients for decades. And we will continue to be. Keith and his team have been so helpful in such a hard time. Very good at communication and very clear with plans and financial plans. Overall would recommend this to anyone in the area!

Keith and his team were always available and helpful. We had some issues that needed changing on the death certificate. Keith understood and worked diligently to make sure the changes reflected new amended information for the historical record. He also was willing to make changes to the obituary and was always timely and cheerful about doing so despite our inability to get things correct.

When we were finally able to have our service, Keith provided us a detailed step-by-step outline and to our surprise worked to set up the Honor Guard Ceremony. It was so profound for all in attendance at the celebration, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the place.

Keith Rosa always kept us abreast of every stage in the process. From death certificates and notifications, Social Security, County Clerk and more, it was so worth the price to have a one-point-of-contact for this difficult time in our family’s life. We thank them and will always offer a glowing recommendation to anyone needing end of life arrangements.

Everyone was very helpful & accommodating to our needs, to me coming & doing my mother's hair. & then at the graveside service. , the gentleman put a last minute note in casket from my grandson, he allowed my sons to assist him with the burying process after the service was over & Everyone had left. I truly appreciate that. They had thier final good byes with her.

They made sure every step was easy, made phone calls for us and truly helped navigate the difficulties of burying a loved one. The service set up was seamless, easy and beautiful. The biggest thing you hear about funerals and burying someone is how expensive it is, and our family is grateful that San Andreas Memorial Chapel understands this and offers quality services and details and a reasonable price. We are grateful for this business and will use them for future loved ones (hopefully not anytime soon).

Each person I spoke with during this difficult time was kind, and compassionate. I primarily worked with Samantha who went above and beyond to make this difficult transition less stressful for the family. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for us.
